   ContactSight.com Policies

1.  ContactSight.com agrees to supply you with contact lenses in accordance with the    
information contained on the Order Form and your latest valid contact lens
prescription supplied by you or your doctor to
ContactSight.com pursuant to these
policies.

2.  The customer's valid contact lens prescription must have been issued within the
previous year unless the doctor has denoted a different expiration date on the original
prescription. The Rx must also contain the doctor's name, doctor's signature and
phone number along with all pertinent measurements, powers and lens types.

3.  
ContactSight.com relies on the information supplied by you, your optician or your doctor
to be your latest, current contact lens prescription.

4.  ContactSight.com assumes our customer's doctor has trial fit the prescribed lens and
the customer has been trained in the proper technique of the lens insertion and removal
process of the lenses along with the proper hygiene instructions, care and use of the
prescribed lenses.

5.  ContactSight.com assumes that the customer has not been advised to stop wearing
contact lenses by an eye care or medical practitioner and has not, within the last 12
months, suffered from any eye condition requiring treatment that precludes you from
wearing the doctor prescribed contact lenses safely.

6.  No responsibility will be accepted by
ContactSight.com for a customer's lack of
ability to wear their doctor's prescribed contact lenses as detailed in the Rx specification
or for the customer's overall ability to wear contact lenses.

7.  ContactSight.com reserves the right not to fill any prescription when we are not satisfied
that the replacement contact lenses requested are not clinically suitable according to
the prescribing doctor's specifications.
ContactSight.com reserves the right not to
supply any product.  Any questions and/or concerns will be brought to the attention of your
doctor for clarification.

8.  If any product is found unsatisfactory within 60 days of receipt, it can returned for
replacement. Any unopened boxes of lenses or unopened sterile vials can be returned
for a full refund excluding any shipping and handling charges. A restocking fee of
approximately 15% will be charged on all returned items.

9.  All products will be shipped from
ContactSight.com in the manufacturer's original sealed
packaging, normally within 48 hours. Special made to order contacts such as toric lenses
can take several weeks to have their orders filled.

10.  Any complaint is guaranteed to be handled by
ContactSight.com within 48 hours.
